1ST ROUND PICK – OT MICHAEL OHER

 

Status:  SIGNED - 5-year deal worth a total max value of $13.795M, which contains $7.82M in “guaranteed” money.  The deal has a base value of $8.805M, with a 2009 Roster Bonus of $940,000 and a 2010 Option Bonus of $4,680,000.  The deal includes base salaries of $310,000 (2009), $395,000 (2010), $630,000 (2011), 865,000 (2012) and $985,000 (2013).  The deal also has a $1.89M one-time PTI (playing time incentive) and salary escalators that could total up to $3.1M.

Status:  SIGNED - 4-year deal worth a total base value of $3.25M, a Bonus of $1M, with guaranteed money of $1.5M and base salaries of $310,000 (2009), $395,000 (2010), $480,000 (2011) and $565,000 (2012).  The deal also contains an escalator that would increase his 2012 base salary to $1.308M (exact terms of escalator have not been reported).  The remaining $500K in “guaranteed” money would appear to be a one-time PTI (playing time incentive), the exact terms of which have also not been reported.
