OWINGS MILLS -- Baltimore Ravens return specialist B.J. Sams signed his one-year, $850,000 restricted tender offer.

Sams, who was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with driving under the influence, faces his second DUI trial since joining the Ravens next Tuesday in Towson district court.
