The Beat with Aaron Wilson - Ravens Re-Sign Rimpf

Written By:
OWINGS MILLS --  The Baltimore Ravens retained exclusive-rights free agent offensive guard Brian Rimpf as he re-signed with the club.

A former seventh-round draft pick out of East Carolina, Rimpf spent last season on injured reserve after injuring his hamstring during training camp. He started during the latter portion of the 2005 season.

Meanwhile, former Ravens reserve safety B.J. Ward signed with the Oakland Raiders.

  • 5/24/12: Rookie 2nd round pick Kelechi Osemele took the majority of the first-string repetitions at left guard with Jah Reid rotating in at tackle.
