Cardinals, Tim Hightower finally passed Edgerrin James on the depth chart and had a score against the Rams Sunday, James, the 10 year veteran did not have a carry Sunday…. Ravens, When is the last time a rookie Baltimore quarterback and rookie running back who started a game brought their team from behind as Joe Flacco and Ray Rice did Sunday. You have to dial it back to the last regular season game of 1956, rookies John Unitas and Lenny Moore were down 17-6 to the Redskins and won 19-17….Browns, Cleveland benched Derek Anderson for Brady Quinn, a move that I thought would be made after the season; Anderson had the Browns playing better, he is not the cornerback that allowed the Joe Flacco comeback, bad move by Cleveland; Quinn’s first start will be against the soft Bronco defense this Thursday, Anderson will be traded….

Cowboys, Jerry Jones’ gang should have quarterback Tony Romo back after their bye week this week, they play the Redskins in Washington week 11 in what will be a must win…Broncos, Running backs Michael Pittman and Andre Hall were placed on injured reserve, Selvin Young should be back this week against the Browns and rookie Ryan Torain will get most of the touches….Lions, signed Daunte Culpepper, but he will play only if Dan Orlovsky does not play well, he is holding his own and will start against the Jaguars this Sunday, he has thrown a scoring pass to Calvin Johnson in 4 straight games, but they have not won a game….Houston, Matt Schaub who has been playing great, sprained his knee and could miss as much as 4 weeks, including this week against the Ravens, Sage Rosenfels who always seems to play well in relief will start, Rosenfels threw for fifteen scores last year but does turn the ball over, wide receiver Andre Johnson scored in 5 of the 7 games in which he Rosenfels played in together last year, he will attempt 40 passes this game….

Chiefs, Kolby Smith has been lost for the year with an injury, Jamaal Charles the rookie from Texas will take over at running back, no one is sure about Larry Johnson, the league suspended him for week 10 but he may have played his last game for the Chiefs, while quarterback Tyler Thigpen is playing well, the Chiefs will try and work a trade in the offseason with the Browns for Derek Anderson….Steelers, Ben Roethlisberger injured his shoulder in Monday’game against the Redskins and had to come out for Byron Leftwich, he probably could have still played had the Steelers needed him, they play Colts this week, no word yet from the Steelers but we think Roethlisberger will start that game….Seahawks, Matt Hasselbeck will start practicing this week, Seneca Wallace will start this week against the Dolphins but Hasselbeck should be starting again week 11 against the Cardinals.
